Welcome to my site! I’m Lane! A fitness trainer, vegan, and former overweight kid looking to help others transform their bodies, minds, and lives.  

My personal journey has taught me what it takes to not only achieve your goals, but to also maintain them over time.

Here is a glimpse into my personal journey.. 240lbs (where I started) vs. 170lbs!
