Welcome to my site! I’m Lane! A vegan advocate and fitness trainer.

The goal with this site is to share my experiences, passion, and knowledge of fitness and health, as well as being an advocate for a vegan lifestyle!

My personal journey has taught me what it takes to not only achieve your goals, but to also maintain them over time.

Here is a glimpse into my personal journey.. 240lbs (where I started) vs. 170lbs!
