THE PROCESS

  • Complete the form below
  • If you’re a good fit for my coaching, you will receive a follow-up email within 3-5 days
  • This email will contain more info about us working together as well as questions, or another form, more personalized for you so I can get to know you a little better and start to build your plan!
  • After the initial communication process, I will send you your full program and plan
  • From then on, we will have check-ins, typically weekly (arranged during onboarding process), where you submit (via email) your data for the week:
  • Workouts completed (including exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, etc)
  • Form videos (if required)
  • Daily calorie & macro intakes
  • Daily or weekly weigh-ins (if required) 
  • Food log (if required) for general recommendations & adjustments 

You can also send me any questions or concerns you may have!

I will review your weekly data and provide feedback based on how everything is going!

This will also include any potential progressions, or adjustments depending on your program, plan, and progress.

Outside of the main check-ins, we have open communication, if needed. Meaning, please feel free to contact or email me anytime a question or concern arises!

You (as a client) also have access to me via social media accounts, or my personal number
